Legal Alerts catches lawsuit against Mike Gundy for OU Shirt firing

Great example of how Legal Alerts keeps you ahead of the curve: Brent Loveland, a carptenter/contractor, filed a lawsuit in Stillwater yesterday against Oklahoma St. Coach Mike Gundy and his wife. The carpenter alleges Coach Gundy went Jenni Carlson on him and fired because he wore an OU shirt to work at the Gundy home. The carpenter admits he wore the shirt (he claims to have dressed in the dark). Because of the “wrongful” firing, Mr. Loveland alleges to lost at least $10,000.00.

If you had a Name Search in Legal Alerts for “Gundy” in Payne County you would have known about this lawsuit yesterday within a couple of hours of filing, without having to do anything. The Petition filed by Mr. Loveland is embedded below. Try Legal Alerts for free right here.
