Pistol’s Firing: Mike Gundy & his wife respond in the OU T-shirt lawsuit

Mike Gundy’s attorney fired back at the man suing him for the OU T-shirt firing, at least partly:  Mike’s wife Kristen filed a Motion to Dismiss which set for hearing in Stillwater on October 20.  The document is not a available yet but our best guess is the Gundy’s attorney, William Baker, will argue that she is not a party to the contract that Mike allegedly made with the carpenter.

Mike Gundy's Response Email

As for Mike Gundy, Mr. Baker, a former president of the Oklahoma Bar Association, asked for some extra time:  he filed a Reservation of Time giving Mike Gundy an additional 20 days to file an answer.

The documents should be available in the next couple of days and Legal Alerts will email you as soon as they are available.  If you are not a subscriber, try it for free (only an email required) right here.
